Restoring trust through traceability by strengthening supply chain security

Updated: Sep 12, 2023

In e. commerce, even more than in physical commerce, the consumer has few indications on the origin, authenticity and integrity of the product. Between counterfeiting and lack of visibility on suppliers beyond the first rank, how can manufacturers and distributors respond to the need for reliable and extensive traceability to restore consumer confidence?

Recorded during the International Cybersecurity Forum in September, this round table brought together Joelle Toledano - Université Paris Dauphine, Olivier Dubourdieu - The Responsible Mica Initiative, Philippe Priolon - Fedex, Jessica Matoua - Fargo Consulting and Matthieu Hug - Tilkal.

The main theme of the forum was the urgent need for collective and collaborative cybersecurity, underlined by the health crisis, and particularly in the case of supply chains and their traceability.
